Photo Non-Contest #140 -- By Land, By Sea, Or By Air Part 2

Here's another little pic for Written Inc's theme this week.

This is an innovative way to travel by air.


I took this out at Antelope Island (in the middle of the Great Salt Lake) a few years ago.  Basically, the guy went hang gliding with a large motorized fan attached to him so he could start from low ground instead of high ground and not be at the mercy of the wind.  (He is taking off here, not landing.)

    Hopefully, if the battery and wind ever die at the same time, he'll be over deep water. :p

    There is no "deep" water in the Great Salt Lake. :)
